Tbh, had a lovely stay at the same time. Staff and location were good, I liked every detail. The room was impressive with a view and had a private safe, central heating and an iron. I was offered a sensational breakfast on the seventh floor.

I did not want to leave, had a VERY COMFORTABLE experience and will be back. Lots of food available in the lobby. They had a friendly check-in. Brilliant location with a subway station next to the hotel. Also, staying within 15 minutes' walk from a 95-storey supertall skyscraper was a big advantage.

The hotel appeared to be pretty standard and I loved staff and rooms. Lots of supplies in the room: blinds and ipad. Conveniently set in the cozy area. Again, it was set easy walk to old billingsgate. Early check-in was a bonus. Moreover, there was free WiFi throughout the property.
